By using this website or our services you agree to these terms. Engagements and platform access are also governed by the written agreement and statement of work we sign with you, which take precedence over these terms.
02Authorization to test
We only test systems you own or are authorized to have tested. You confirm that you have that authority for every target you place in scope, and that you've obtained any third-party permissions required (for example, from your hosting or cloud providers).
03Acceptable use
- Don't use our services or platform against systems you aren't authorized to test.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to our website or platform.
- Don't use our findings or tools for unlawful purposes.
04Confidentiality
Findings, reports and the information you share with us are confidential. We use them only to deliver the services and protect them as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page.
05Early access
Feron Autonomous is offered in early access. Features may change, and early-access use is provided as-is unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
06Intellectual property
This website, our platform and our tooling remain ours. Reports we deliver to you are yours to use for your internal security purposes.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
